Fruit pieces and powder for doughs, batters, fillings, finishing and natural colour—selected around the way your recipe needs to mix, bake and hold.

Chocolate & Confectionery

Low-moisture fruit formats that bring acidity, aroma, colour and contrast to cacao without asking the chocolate to behave like fresh fruit.

Beverage

Real-fruit aroma, colour and flavour for teas, sparkling drinks, café beverages and dry blends.

Retail & Distribution

Origo fruit and Froyo retail pouches, Canadian supply and product information for qualified partners.

Freeze-Dried Fruit

Strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, apple and haskap, freeze-dried without added sugar, preservatives, artificial colours or flavours. Most fruit comes from British Columbia; our haskap comes from Quebec.

  • Whole, sliced, bits, crumbs and fine powder, depending on fruit
  • Retail, foodservice and ingredient formats
  • Most fruit from BC; haskap from Quebec

Freeze-Dried Froyo

B.C. yogurt made with milk from local organic, grass-fed cows, blended with real fruit powder and freeze-dried for a crisp retail snack.

  • Strawberry, raspberry and blueberry
  • Retail and distribution enquiries
  • Contains milk; the yogurt base includes organic cane sugar

Why Origo

The Difference Should Show Up in the Finished Product.

The aroma arrives before the first bite. The colour remains recognizably fruit. The flavour does not need an artificial extract to explain itself.

Origo’s role is to protect those qualities and provide a format that works in your process. The finished creation—and the credit—belong to you.

“In comparison to other brands, Origo’s freeze-dried fruit maintains its vibrant colour. The texture, flavour and moisture is by far the best I’ve ever worked with.”

Origin, Testing & Documentation

Clear Information Makes the Next Decision Easier.

Qualified commercial partners can request product specifications and supporting documents appropriate to their review stage. Origin statements, available formats and supporting results are confirmed by product rather than treated as one blanket claim.

Made byOrigo Foods Inc., family owned and operated in Surrey, British Columbia
OriginMost fruit from British Columbia; haskap from Quebec. Origin statements apply by product.
Independent testingPesticide residues and heavy metals assessed against Canadian limits; microbiology, moisture, shelf-life, nutrition and live-culture testing where applicable
Available documentsProduct specifications for qualified enquiries; supporting third-party reports shared in confidence where appropriate

Laboratory testing establishes results for the product, batch and testing date reported. It does not support a “pesticide-free” claim.
